The Solid Waste and Materials Management Program of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has posted the fourth draft of the Section 18 Regulationsfor the Producer Responsibility program on the rulemaking page of the state’s Solid Waste Management and Recycling website. 

A formal rulemaking hearing will take place on May 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. We strongly encourage all interested parties to register for the hearing.
