The City of Lafayette invites residents to enjoy the outdoors and learn about the several ways you can protect the Earth, fight climate change, and create a more sustainable Lafayette.

This family-friendly event will have a variety of opportunities for all ages to enjoy.

• Tour our Outdoor Classroom with a new interactive app
• Jeff and Paige Science and Nature-Themed Kids Concert: 10 -11am
• Dawn Songs Poetry Reading with local poets: April Tierney, Erin Robertson, and Tina Fields in support of American Bird Conservancy: 11:30am-12pm
• Live Wild Animal Programs: 12-1pm 
• Take a ride on an energy bike and make yourself a slushie 
• Eat cookies made from a solar oven
• Learn from electric vehicle owners 
• Raffles and prizes
