All three working groups (Market Development, Organics and Plastics) will be prepared to come to the call with recommended policy proposals for consideration by the Recycle Colorado Board of Directors that may be presented to the Interim Legislative Committee. Recycle Colorado members interested in either joining a working group or serve on the Policy Committee’s research, advocacy or lobby day sub committees, please contact Randy Moorman.
