Are you considering demo’ing a home or a commercial building, or are you a contractor working on demolition projects in the City of Boulder? If yes, this webinar will provide you an overview of the city’s construction and demolition (C&D) debris requirements and our process. This is an opportunity for you as a homeowner or contractor to become familiar with these requirements and ask questions of city staff. And, you will hear real-world, real-Boulder examples from fellow homeowners and contractors that have been successful in meeting the city’s requirements.

This webinar will provide an overview of the City of Boulder’s Ordinance 8366 on:

  • C&D debris management
  • How to successfully prepare your plans prior to applying for a demolition permit
  • How the refundable deconstruction waste deposit is applied
  • What you need to track throughout your project
  • What to submit and the end of the project to obtain your refund
