In this session, Kendra Appelman-Eastvedt, RREO Program Administrator for the CDPHE, will give a brief overview of the RREO grant program and specifically the recycling rebates available to help service free, public drop-off locations. Beth Lenz, former Recycle Colorado Board Member, will facilitate a follow-up discussion to brainstorm possible projects and funding resources.
