During the September 15 special meeting, Recycle Colorado members will discuss further prioritizing the top five ideas discussed at the September 1 Policy Committee Retreat:

• Organic Waste Management Plan
• Multi-Family definition change to allow cities to service recycling similar to residential
• Strengthen CDPHE Authority
• Extended Producer Responsibility
• Landfill Bans

The goal of the meeting is to identify the next steps needed for each topic (i.e., stakeholder meeting, further research). The research teams will then report back at the next regularly scheduled Policy Committee meeting on October 1, 1:30 – 2:30 PM.
