Perks Deconstruction is looking for their new Office Administrator

Perks Deconstruction is looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Office Administrator to provide business support, systems implementation, and excellent customer service in a fast paced, rewarding environment. Perks Deconstruction is committed to improving sustainability of the construction world by reducing the amount of waste lost everyday in landfills. We take a surgical approach to demolition in order to salvage and recycle building materials, diverting waste to strategic partners to find life once again. Candidates should share this alignment and be detailed, friendly self-starters who are able to take direction, organize priorities, and then execute the tasks at hand.

Required: 1 year administrative work experience, a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and some familiarity with CRM tools. Employment begins immediately. This position is open to an independent contractor role for the right candidate. Position is open to part time or full time, during regular business hours, and requires some on-site work.

Compensation: $25 - $30/hour to start + $200 monthly health insurance reimbursement, and 8 paid holidays.
