The FRWD board is piloting an innovative new model that will help advance communities up the "zero waste ladder" and is seeking proposals for Technical Assistance Service Provider consultant(s) who will provide technical assistance to local governments that have an interest in establishing a new recycling program or expanding an existing recycling program, for post-consumer and commercial solid waste in Colorado.
Proposals are due by 3:00 pm on Friday, June 18, 2021.
