Operations Director
The Operations Director for Recycle Colorado is a new position in the organization for 2019. This is an exempt full-time position based out of our Denver office location. The Operations Director, under the direction of the Executive Director, is a key person in Recycle Colorado’s goal of delivering high-value programs and resources to our partners, members and communities statewide.
The Operations Director is involved in all aspects of designing, executing and managing programs and events; providing resources to help assist members and partners in advancing infrastructure, end markets and policies related to our mission.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to meet specific program goals/objectives, develop and execute specific program plans, communicate program performance results and provide specific program feedback to Recycle Colorado stakeholders. This is a public-facing position that requires a person to have good presentation and group facilitation skills and the ability to represent Recycle Colorado professionally to all sectors and at all levels from C-suite to frontline industry workers. The position requires the Operations Director to have a reliable and insured vehicle as some travel to meetings and events outside of the Denver area is required.
