Payroll tax deadline for Colorado: The Colorado Department for Labor Unemployment (COVID Information) is offering a waiver for small businesses impacted by COVID-19. This waiver includes extensions for both filing and payment. You won't have to pay a penalty or interest as long as you send the needed information. You must call (313)-318-9100 or send an email to [email protected] to ensure any late fees or interest will be waived. An extension will automatically be granted.
